One of the best Mediterranean restaurants in Rochester. My wife and I had an amazing dinner here. The service was incredible, food was delicious. We ordered the mixed platter which was a great way to try different grilled meats along with salad, rice and hummus. You have to order their fresh warm pita, totally worth it. We’ll definitely be coming back.
Really enjoyed our meal today. One had the classic Fettucine Alfredo with broccoli. Three of us had the pesto-basil pasta with either the kebab chicken or the shredded chicken. Only caveat: peel off a few more artichoke leaves to avoid the fibrous, chewy ones; otherwise, the dish was super delicious! Great portions, very nicely seasoned. We'll be back for seconds and thirds!
Wonderful food. Some of the best Baba Ganouj I've had. The pita is fresh and fluffy (I had to order more after trying it to take home). Wonderful little place. Great for a quick bite of lunch.

We love the gyro plate and they have delicious hummus as well. But it is the fresh baked bread that comes to the table hot to the touch that puts the icing on the cake. There might be fancier Mediterranean restaurants in the area but hard to beat fattoush’s food.
We had an amazing lunch at Fattoush on Saturday! The pita bread was unlike any we had had before…warm, soft, but still crunchy. The pita was amazing as was the hummus. We all loved our food and the service was excellent. The owner was welcoming and sincerely wanted to make sure our meal and visit was enjoyable. We will definitely return multiple times!
I loved everything about our visit! Our server was excellent, the variety on the menu, but the food was absolutely delicious!!! The pita was different than what I have had but it was the best one. The falafel and lentil soup was perfectly seasoned...the flavors were so delightfully pleasant. The hummus was also delicious as was the gyro. The only other place time I have tasted this kind of food was on our trip to Israel. This was pretty authentic. I would give this restaurant a score of 10!
Ran across this gem whilst driving past. Fattoush Restaurant is conveniently located and a free car park is at the back (2 hours free parking only). We ordered the Chicken Shawarma Pita and a Beef Kebab Pita. Service was very quick. If you are eating in the food is bought out to your table. That’s a nice touch as other places shoutout the order. My Chicken Shawarma was absolutely delicious. The chicken was juicy and the spicing was spot on. The portion size is massive so it’s definitely worth the money. My partner enjoyed his Beef Kebab Pita and annihilated it within minutes. We are looking forward to going back and trying other items on the menu. We had a chat with the owners and you can see how much pride they take in providing exceptionally tasty good quality food.
Pittsford is incredibly lucky to have a spot like Fattoush! I stopped in for the Chicken Shawarma sandwich, and it was outstanding. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, but the real star is the bread—fresh, soft, and completely authentic. It’s rare to find Mediterranean food this good. The garlic sauce (toum) tied it all together perfectly. Highly recommend this hidden gem of a sandwich!
Truly my new favorite place for mediterranean (and kind of in general). Everything was SO good. We ate there and it came out very quickly. We will be back, often!
